Admission Procedure

  • Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, religion or region.
  • Admission to Playschool, Lower and Higher Kindergarten (LKG and UKG) classes commence in February.
  • Prospectus and Application Form for admission can be collected from the Office on payment of Rs 250/-.

Transfer Admissions – Class UKG to IX

  • Application forms and Prospectus will be issued with effect from February 10 th 2023 and eligible candidates will be intimated by 10th May.
  • Parents who seek transfer admission for their children shall submit a true copy of the marks/grades of the final qualifying exam/test to determine the eligibility of a candidate.
  • Eligible candidates will be called for an Entrance Test.
  • Class I –   English and Mathematics Class II to IX –  English, Mathematics, Science, Kannada and Hindi.
  • A true copy of Date of Birth Certificate for Classes Playschool, LKG, UKG and Class I and two recent passport size photograph for all the classes.

Note: All admission-related transactions will be from 9.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.(Monday to Friday) on working days.

Requirement for Admission

  1. Age Proof: Original Birth Certificate / Transfer Certificate(TC) [1st standard onwards]
  2. Marks card of previous class (if any)
    Minimun Age for :

    • Nursery: 3 years
    • L.K.G: 4 years
    • U.K.G: 5 years
    • 1st STD: 5 years 10 months
School Curriculum
  • The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education. The medium of instruction is English.
  • Three languages English, Kannada and Hindi are taught from class L.K.G.
  • The syllabus for Classes I to VIII is according to the guidelines laid down by the NCERT. Physical Education and Work Experience are an essential part of the curriculum.
  • Computer Science is a compulsory subject for Classes I to X. Art and Craft, Music and Yoga are also taught.
  • Along with this to enhance the knowledge and inculcate values, General Knowledge, Value Education and Life skills are included in the curriculum.
  • For Classes IX and X, the syllabus prescribed by the CBSE is followed.
  • Work Experience, Physical and Health Education and Art Education are part of the syllabus.

School’s Rules and Regulations
  1. Students are expected to report 10 minutes before the scheduled school time. School gate will be closed sharp at the scheduled time.
  2. Students should be regular, punctual and present in time at all places where they are supposed to be e.g. Prayers, Sports, Games etc.
  3. Students are expected to attend classes regularly and for the full day. Half day applications will not be entertained.
  4. Students must be present at school after holidays / vacations on the reopening day of the school. They must also remain present in the school on the last working day of the school, preceding the holidays / vacations.
  5. A student found guilty of breach of discipline and conduct will be expelled from the school without any liability on the part of the institution.
  6. Students should take care of proper uniform with polished and clean shoes, tidy nails and proper hair cut. Identity card must be wore daily by the students.
  7. Parents are requested not to encourage their children to take half day leave from school except in case of emergency in which prior written permission should be provided.

  • For 1st-9th    –    4 Periodic Tests, Mid-Term Exam and Annual Exam
  • For 10th         –    4 Periodic Tests, Mid-Term Exam and Annual (Board) Exam
